Semi - Renovated Rustic House

It is built in the middle of a forest opening, an old house passed down from generation to generation.

The current owners do small renovations around the house with the budget they have each time.
Mismatched windows, different flooring, and wallpapers, new fancy kitchen, tell the real story behind each renovation. A second floor was added when they had a kid to expand the house and later they renovated the kid's room. The scratches on the walls and the water stains tell the story of how old this building is.

The interior someone can say that it's full of character and styled with decorations that don't really make sense to the common eye but somehow work together. Mixed and matched different styles of furniture with what they could get from the Flea Market and garage sales.


Built for a family of 2 sims with 1 kid, living out of the grid with what they can get. The grass around the house is overgrown and the tall trees hide the house. With cats and a cute dog with his own dog house, this home fits perfectly to a not so picture perfect family.
