Attractive and well-planned, the Ideal House is a modern take on the English cottage, truly worth the investment. Indeed, this home offers well-lit and pleasant rooms, best for growing families. On the first floor, one first enters a spacious living area, with its fireplace and elegant spiral stairs. Adjacent is the dining room, from which you access the kitchen. I had every EPs installed when building the lot, but you particularly need to have Seasons, Apartment Life and Bon Voyage.
The lot edges have been flattened with the Lot Adjuster after the house was built, so let me know if there are any issues.

This house is loosely based on The Randolph from Sears catalogues (see last picture).
