I started working on this graffiti back in May but I forgot to upload it. After giving it some finishing touches and bug fixing, I decided to post it and move onto other projects. The original screenshot comes from The Grand Palace mission.

Description:
The Duke along with his cabal of corrupt nobles and upper class has fostered resentment among the common people of Karnaca. Many fed up with the ruler join Paolo's Howler Gang. It is rumoured that Paolo the leader is using black magic to control the territory and keep himself immortal.
