I’m creating my own neighborhood. I still have a lot to do but I decided to publish houses and lots already done.
All lots from this city have „pft” in the name.

I created this house for a car and tinkering enthusiast. Actually this is ‘flat’ over „a car workshop”. I wanted to furnish this house in a retro style. I wanted to create a black and red kitchen. I didn’t want to use cc. In the end, I gave up the idea with a retro style, but the flat still has retro elements, red, white, black, bricks, and there aren’t cc.

This lot has:

- 1 bathroom
- study

- living room
- hall
- garage with space for two cars
