This is rebuild Summerdream's house. I like original's shape, but I hate everything else, especially how it looks from the street. And it ruins terrain.
I tried to keep theatrical-fairy atmosphere. I also made three versions of this stupid garden. I love and hate this in the same time. I'm done.
Of course I build it on new, flat lot, so you can use it in other place.
On the top there are small space without stairs. I use it for witches staff. They can teleport anyway.

This house don't have CC and you don't need mods to play, but I recomended this:
a) Perfect Plants There are a lot of plants (again) and some of them are unavailable.
b) Rugs zMOG!! There are only two carpets, so you can just delate they.
c) Maxis Centerpiece as Centerpiece! There are small objects on tables. With this mod your sims can eat properly.
