You want a split-level house? How about 14 spiraling levels of modernity?

The Guggenhaus is a spiraling tower, fully furnished in a classy mix of modern and asian styles. It includes three bedrooms, three bathrooms, a spacious kitchen, generous dining and partying accomodations, and a glass-bottom balcony, towering on the fourth floor. Its underground pool is covered by a glass veranda roof as well.

Landscaped and artfully decorated, this artistic statement of a house does not require the EP, and only includes one third-party object: RGiles's awesome transparent floor tile.

BIG WARNING: I've tested a sim in the empty house, and he seemed to be able to get around easily enough. I haven't sim-tested the fully furnished version. If you find a bug or snag, please let me know, so I can fix it.
