I've found some times ago the fantastic door by AshenSeaced, which is absolutely perfect for industrial style homes. So I made a simple retexture of this functional and animated door, specifically designed for industrial flats.

This is just a retexture. You still need the mesh by AshenSeaced HERE

Found in Doors Category (for short walls)

3 different styles (see below) in separate .packages or in one merged file

To find the doors quickly and easily in game, type "industrial" in the search bar
