Hello to all
Here is a small contemporary house for a young couple with 1 child.

It has a playground for toddlers as well as a swing for the older ones.

On the back of the house a small terrace sheltered from the eyes.

Fully enclosed for perfect privacy.

The house is separated into 2 parts.

A night section to the left of the entrance (with its coat storage closet):
- a fully equipped children’s room;
- a wc
- one bathroom
- the master bedroom

On the right side:
- a large open kitchen with dining area
- a central room used as a storeroom, laundry room where the fridge was installed
- a dining area separating the kitchen from the living room overlooking the terrace.
