Hey there, dear Simmers! How are you? Today I bring you a spacious, modern, cozy house in close contact with nature for your Sims to enjoy in style. It's located in Brindleton Bay, and despite its modest size, it's very roomy.

The house has two floors and a basement distributed as follows:

- Ground floor: living-dining room, bathroom, kitchen, and outside, there's a pool, a sun lounger area, a terrace, and a garden.
- First floor: a large master bedroom and terraces.
- Basement: a double bedroom, laundry room, gym, bathroom, and reading area.

Additionally, the house has solar panels to help the environment and reduce monthly electricity bills.
