BASE GAME ONLY

Just thought I'd share my small but spacious starter home with its own big attic space. Ready to move into and doesn't cost too much. Has all the essentials needed to get by with. Prefect starter for new sims starting out their new lives. Plenty of opportunities for expansion and huge garden space.

Lot Type: Residential
Lot Size: 30x20 (but the house is smaller then that, I just built it on a bigger lot. So can go on a poss 20x20?
Location: Newcrest, top left lot. (Can not remember the name sorry)
Furnished Cost: $17,958
Unfurnished Cost: $13,163
Bedrooms: 1
Bathrooms: 2 (One downstairs and one en-suite)
Additional Information:
  • THE ATTIC IS WEATHER PROOF!!
  • Used minimal landscaping/Decor to keep the price low.
  • Upstairs walls all brick as some of the walls are actually roofs so you can not colour one side different to the other.

HOW TO INSTALL
Simply download the .zipfile and extract the files to - Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray -
Then go into your gallery and to your library and it will show up there It doesn't contain any CC but if it doesn't show then try with Cc tab on. Should be the first building you see.
