Hey guys! Long time no see. Got the inspiration to make a cute little starter home for the sims. It is base game, no custom content and under $20,000 (18,985 fully furnished), and is perfect for those sims starting off with little money. I designed the home for a single sim or couple, so it only has 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, but I left plenty of room on the lot to expand the house if needed or you plan on starting a family here.



It has a pretty open layout, making it appear a bit larger for a tiny home. It's got some goodies in it that are perfect for your sims starting off their life or careers, such as a computer, painting easel, bookcase and a nice flat screen TV.
