Hi all,

I took the time to build another beautiful house for your and my Sims. Since I love to take a challange and come as close as possible to the real estate, I take my time to build them. I hope you'll like this beautiful place.

The story of the estate:
Chateau de Voorst was build in 1700, The main building was destroyed by fire in 1943 but rebuild in 1960. The house stands just east from Zutphen, the Netherlands. It's spacecious, comfortable and good to live in. Let your fantasy go and enjoy the place.

The yard is pretty much done, but you can always make changes or add things. Let your fantasy go.
On the inside it's all up to you.
