Mansion Kolthoven stand in Epe, the Netherlands. It was build in 1914 in a modest Rococo style.
It's originally surrounded by a lot of trees, I tried to get to that.

The garden is beautiful, with a lot of flowers, hedges and a fontain. Your Sims can relax here and enjoy the scent of the flowers in Spring and Summer.
In the extra building they can work on their hobbies or whatever you like them to do.

The maine house is spacious and partially furniced. The first and second floor is up to your own ideas, but there's enough space for your Sims to have several bathrooms or bedrooms.

I bet family and friends of your Sims will be jealous if they come and visit them in this beautiful place.
