A very simple mod that removes the annoying sad moodlet that you get if you decide not to do a holiday.
I was very surprised that no one made this mod yet. Getting a 12 h sad moodlet because you don't want to celebrate a holiday gets annoying very fast

Installation:
Unzip it into your Mod folder

This mod will conflict with any mod that changes the following XML:
6017E896!0000001A!000000000002CF6A.buff_Holidays_Visible_Failure.BuffTuning.xml
