Ever feel like spending your Sim's whole day doing a productive workout session to get all those muscle gains? The Greenhill Sports Center is an all-in-one sport complex where you can fulfill your Sims' active lifestyle. Your Sims can build various fitness skills and enjoy post-workout relaxation without having to travel to multiple different lots.

Exterior:

Bathrooms & changing areas are present in each floor. There are food/snacks cooler fridges on the basement and 2nd floor to take care of your Sim's hunger needs.

Despite being a "Gym" lot, the basement floor is great for hosting social gatherings. The bar in particular is quite large & I've included a jukebox so your Sims can dance.
Please note that the Bar area in the Basement & the one in the 2nd Floor are not automatically tended by a barista because of the lot type. Your Sim may make their own drinks or hire a staff to tend the bar.

IMPORTANT This lot uses no CC except one mod: the "Teleporter and Elevators for community and residential lots" mod by K9DB. Due to the lot's large size, it's very impractical to use stairs for navigation. The elevator mod gives a solution for that issue and therefore necessary for this lot to function properly. Please download the file named "DB_FunctionalElevators.rar" and "WeeAlbet_ElevatorLimitIncreased.rar" from the mod's page and install/unzip them to the Mods folder before placing this lot in your neighborhood.
