I have created a tiny home for single sims or couples that are just starting out.
It's very open concept, everything is in one room except the bathroom. The backyard has a picnic table, barbeque and mature garden (some plants have been evolved already). I have fully upgraded everything that has the option for it. As a result, the murphy bed doesn't break every time it's used!
I've play tested it for about 1 sim week and everything is working well with no routing issues.
No CC was used in this lot!
