Duplice is a beautiful duplex that comes with 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. The house has two different decorating styles on each side and only connects through the garage and the dining rooms.
There is a shared basement that is perfect for skill building. All of the decorations in the storage room in the basement are free store content linked below.

The backyard has a fully mature garden and a fully stocked pond.

I have also included a link for a custom mailbox so that it can be added to the lot to make it even more realistic as a duplex if you wish! (Tried leaving the lot with two, but every time I loaded the game, one was deleted)
