SimCorp was built on bigger builder's Island and playtested in Sunset Valley. Sims 3 version 1.67


This is a package file lot-Place in your library folder


This is a building that is decorated as an office and restaurant you can use in your storytelling. It has a rabbithole in the basement that sims will actually use. Lot type is no visitors allowed

4th floor is decorated as a news studio and helipad.

3rd floor contains a presentation room and gym area.

2nd floor contains an office space, boardroom, CEO office, secretary office, restaurant, outdoor patios.

1st floor contains main lobby and parking areas.

The basement contains the Steve's Business Complex & Restaurant rabbithole.

Note- move objects cheats were used in this creation. Do Not click on the option to eat outside as the rabbithole is located in the basement. If you want to show sims eating in restaurant area use refridgerator to select meal and you may have to use build/buy function on this lot while sims are there to place plate on desired table.
