Victorian Respite was built in Bigger Builder's Island. Some playtesting took place there/some in Sunset Valley.


This is a package file lot- Place in your library folder.



This is a small 4Br, 2.5 Ba, 1crib victorian style house on a 20x20 lot. It's features include a car parking space and wrap around porches.


Note-This is a small house designed for 3-4 sim family and might be too congested if you place a family larger than that on this lot. Your sims will be able to use the circular stairs up to attic level but the rest of the turret area on that 3rd floor has been fenced off as it is unroutable (due to intersection of roof into turret). Your sims may go to larger rooms to perform social interactions. Sims that are outside at the far corner of the house (corner near kitchen bathroom), may need to be moved closer to one of the two entrances if prompted to go inside house.
