Toy Stick Default Replacement

EA's pet toy stick is one blurry stick. Idk why it bothered me so much, I just had to try and "fix" it. The original texture is 128x32px, my new texture is 256x32px. In other words, not that much of a difference in size. I think I've read that you shouldn't use 'uneven' texture sizes like that in ts2 [...] (thank you twofingerswiskey for clarifying!)

Remember you can only have one default replacement for "accessorypettoystick_txtr" in your downloads folder at a time :-) If you encounter any issues, let me know!
