Since people seem to like farms I figured - why not another? 
A little back Story: My sims bought this old Cider Factory and Orchard to transform it into a rustic home and barn. They kept some of the apple trees for their own 'personal moonshine' and of course, for their beloved horse.
He's such a good boy! :D
So - This lot has a fully furnished small country house decorated in the 'Shabby Chic Style" (I tried). It is good for any young sim couple looking to start a family. There is also everything you need to keep a cat or two very happy.
The 2 stall barn is perfect for breeding and the equestrian training grounds will turn any horse into a champion, racking up the big bucks - in no time.
If not, you can always sell the many apples you get 'tending garden' from the fully grown apple trees.
Special Note: We are all together in the isolation of the Corona Virus. I hope that this little contribution will help times indoors and on The sims 3, more enjoyable.
