Austen House (no CC)

This is the home of romantic trash fiction writer Miss Carbara Bartland and her ever suffering paid companion Nadgeit. Miss Bartland loves the countryside, well let's say she loves the idea of the countryside, the cute garden, the little bee box, but she simply can't live without her fast food (not good for the image or her waistline) and had her home built opposite Hogan's Diner in Sunset Valley after bribing the local council to demolish the Spa to make way for her home.

The house is a shrine to her romantic fiction hero Mr D'arcy and his portrait is evident in the house. In fact he watches her eat.

The main bedroom is a boudoir fit for a lady of a certain type and is always spotless.

Decorated in subtle shades of sage green, this mock Georgian-esque home has two bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. A practical kitchen, leading off to an elegant lounge diner, and study to create ones fiction masterpieces. Externally there is a vegetable garden, small and easy to maintain. There is room to add more plants if required.

What you need to know about this lot
This house is placed on the site of the Spa in Sunset Valley and it measures 21x22. If you do not wish to tear down your Spa you could simply place the home on a large lot and expand the garden. The staircase in the house was made with CFE and should not be touched!

I realise that the icons for University and IP do not show up, but I have both EPs installed and made this lot with some items from one or both of these EPs.
