This Base Game house is built on a 20X20 lot. It is unfurnished except for lights, kitchen, bathrooms and landscaping. It has only one cc - the roof created by matomibotaki. (Who I pm'ed for permission to use his cc's and is very nice!)
Perfect for a small sim familly, this 2 storey white cottage house is ready for your own personal touches.
