Here's a cozy little house with lots of blue for your Sims who are just starting out to live in. Even though it's small, it has two bedrooms and two full baths. It's a little too expensive for a single Sim in the base game, but I think it's perfect for a couple or a few roommates if you have the expansion packs. It's furnished enough to start living in right away.

I've been "Sims-ing" for like 15 years now and have built a lot of houses, but this is my very first upload anywhere! I hope it gets accepted and that maybe someone else out there will enjoy it.

Sims 2 is still my favorite of all the Sims games, and I hope to be uploading a lot more in the future!

If there are any problems at all with this house, you can totally let me know and I'll see what I can do.
