Mediterranean Style Mansion (with Loggia and Pool Courtyard) (No CC)

I came across this house on the web, and thought it was absolutely gorgeous, so I decided to recreate it for my very rich Sims to live in. The house is Plan 930-22 from dreamhomesource.com, at the following link:

This house is not only beautiful, but has the main feature of a large pool courtyard in the center with both a pool and a hot tub, as well as several seating areas and an awning over a grilling area. The master bedroom and main living area have doors that lead right out to the pool, which dreamhomesource.com says creates "seamless indoor-outdoor living," which I thought was very cool. Since I can't live in this home , at least our Sims can, right??

I never play with cars or garages, so I just converted the garage into a second master bedroom (or first master bedroom, depending on how you look at it). It contains a nice sitting area and a second fireplace.

With two master bedrooms and two guest suites, 8 Sims can fit in this house easily. This home also has a game area with a pool table in the upstairs foyer, an upstairs exercise room, and a large office room in the back that leads out to a small lanai behind the house.

I used absolutely NO custom content with any of the furnishings, but since I have the Ultimate Collection, I did use lots of things from expansion and stuff packs.
