Old Stone Farmhouse ~ 4B/3B/Driveway, Basement, Wrap-Around Porch - only 1 CC

Apparently, I'm doing a small series of farmhouses This is the third - of about eight... but then I'll be back to a more modern style. Maybe - Oh look! ...a bunny

This old stone-foundation farmhouse is built based on home plans from the American Frontier. It is not fully furnished, but there is enough to get started - and with a comfortable atmosphere. The house plan suggests it is meant for a larger family - as most 19th century farming families were; this house could easily sleep 12 - 14 sims. Both upstairs bedrooms are big enough for two twin beds and the playroom area could easily be made into another bedroom. Adjacent to the Master Bedroom is an 'office' which could also serve as a nursery. The basement is completely empty so you can divvy it up however you need to. I hope you have some sims with a pioneering spirit who will appreciate this house. Enjoy!

The CC (included) - is from a completer set that most of you probably already have - pbox's SSN Shutterless Windows 1T and 2T.
And, you will also need to go get (or already have it, or substitute a different-one-of-your-choice) the porch railing fence. The one I used is from HugeLunatic here on MTS.

Please scroll through all the above pictures to see everything this house has to offer. The house is lightly furnished and decorated. All appliances, plumbing and lighting are included. The stove, grill, and fireplace, all have smoke alarms. The front door is burglar alarmed. The telephone is on a central wall.

This is a clean copy of this house/lot; no sim has ever lived here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer.

There is parking for one vehicle in the driveway.

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
--- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)


Definitely used and NOT included - you MUST go get these before installing this lot:
- HugeLunatic's Brown Wooden Fence - for the porch railing and columns.

Standard mods I use that are not necessary nor included - but were probably used whilst building/photo-ing/prepping this house for upload...
I use Niol/Moi's Roof Shader for brighter roofs
And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
Then, if it's a Bespoke Roof recolor - it will be THESE adjusted versions by The Llama Park/Tumblr that you see used in the pictures.
(However, what you get in the packaged file, will either be the plain EA roof or the straight, un-modified Bespoke roof from the set here on MTS2.)

I also use FRAPs to take in-game pictures, and PhotoShop to clean/collage said pictures.
And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror - as per her policy, it's not used or included in this lot.
