TS3_TS2 Fast Lane Stuff - Loft

These items are great for creating an industrial loft for your Sims and compliment Apartment Life and also the Sims2 Bonus Collection.
All the seats are my most popular choice when I play Sims3 - so I hope you will enjoy them as much as I do.

This is a set I have been wishing to recolor for some time and I have made 2 subsets for all seating.
The Wynndale Estate Chair was recreated as a dining room chair (formerly a living chair) and now works with the desk.
Adjusted the height of the Oldie But Goodie picture and added glass to the Custom Rims.
All pics and zip.files updated.

My SimPE settings include having CEP enabled.

Custom Rims(2x1) is a wall sculpture, costs $885, with 3 sculpture/1 glass option.

All items have been cloned from the Sims2 base game objects - no expansion or stuff packs required.
The Fast Life Stuff - Loft zip.file contains all 8 items (separate folders for each item) plus the collection file. I have also attached separate zip.files for each item.
