Let your Sims lounge in the comfort of this luxury leather seating set with a good book.

Please note I have centered Rip Tide (bookshelf) and best placed occupying 3 wall/floor spaces.
All Seating is available with the same leather color options.
The bookshelf, coffee table and wall shelf share the same matching color choices.

Update 10/07/22
I have updated the Trouk Fringe Rug and it is now much brighter.
I have replaced the group zip.file and the individual zip.file plus added new screenshots.

Rip Tide is a wall bookshelf with a choice of 4 link and 6 shelf color options.
Simply Simplicity Leather Art Sofa is a modern sofa with 9 color options.
Sleek Shelving(1x1) is a wall shelf with a choice of 4 link and 6 shelf color options.
Straight Up Leather Chair is a living chair in a similar style to the Simply Simplicity Leather Art Sofa with 9 color options.
The Happy Marriage is a coffee table with a choice of 4 link and 6 surface color options.
The Modern Leather Sofa is a loveseat with a choice of 9 color options.
Trouk Fringe (3x2) is a floor rug with 24 options to choose from.

The Sleek Shelving requires the Apartment Life EP to be installed.
The TS4 City Living - Lounge zip.file contains all 7 items (with separate folders for each item). I have also included separate zip.files for each item.
