Four-story revamp of the Goth family's Ophelia Villa mansion

This (mostly) non-cc house was originally the Goth family's Ophelia Villa house, but after several modifications, I finally moved it from its 30x20 lot to a 40x30 lot and revamped it (pun intended).

The secret passages require the Buyable Door of Perception, which I've listed in the requirements section.
Note: If you don't want to use the Buyable Door of Perception that I've included with this upload, just replace it with any single-tile-wide door.

I've left the upper-most floor empty.

This lot relies heavily on the stuff and expansion packs listed, including doors, lights, and appliances.
While you can always install any lot in your game when you don't have all of the creator's game packs, just know that you might find yourself adding back a few things. Also, because this is a no-cc house minus the Doors of Perception, the decor in the house is crap. Feel free to ... re-vamp (I'm not bored of this pun yet).

About the Buyable Door of Perception:
The door is a stand-alone version of the Door of Perception which bypasses the need to reach Writer's Career level 10, but is not an override, so you want to get the vanilla version of the door by completing the Career, you can. The door is used in the house in the living room leading down to the secret lab, and in the laundry room leading down to the sub-basement where the coffin is.

Note: If you don't want to use the Buyable Door of Perception, just replace it with any single-tile-wide door.

The door is standard resolution (no retextures or extra swatches)
