I required an animal shelter for Erin Beaker to run in my Ubber hood, but couldn't find any on here so decided to fix that. This lot is zoned residential but has a commercial feel and is ready to be opened as a home business. In my gameplay, I will move in stray pets for Erin to look after and adopt out but added the two pet containers at the back for people who prefer to sell pets that way. The backroom could easily be turned into a family/lounge room. This would work well for a pet breeder as well.



Features:
Front desk with pet collars your sim can sell.

Bedroom with double bed, ensuite, love seat, TV and walk-in closet.
Small eat-in kitchen.
Public toilet-but anyone can use it.
Storage room -got to keep all those animals supplies somewhere.

Recommend Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix http://www.modthesims.info/download.php?t=315720 to make the game ceiling light actually sit flush to the ceiling.
