Microwave Cooking Time Fix

I hated how fast the microwaves in The Sims 3 are, so i removed them (just kidding)

Background: So for the first time ever, I looked in gameplaydata.package for the microwave cook speed, and from there adjusted it (properly, I read the tutorials.)

What version do I install?: Version 2.0 doubles the time (The game divides from the original time of 4), and Version 1.3 triples (feels more like quadruples), being the most realistic at the cost of the sound cutting off, seems that the sound does not loop.

What's the difference between the new and old versions?: The old ones didn't change how much faster the microwaves become after upgrading them, the new version does. The way this works is that the upgrade sped up the cooking by 8 times, so much that in the vanilla game the upgrade does nothing, in the original version the cooking would go back to before you had the mod if you upgraded it, with the new version this is fixed. The times 2 version lowers the upgrade multiplier to 2 and the times 4 version, well I don't think I need to say more.

What are the conflicts?: Nothing, I made this mod for this purpose because no other mods like this exist, technically it overrides "microwave_0xDFAD1B1149AE1627"

Note: This is a tuning mod made for 1.67, it will work for 1.69, I'm not sure if it will work for 1.70 and versions before 1.63.
