Autonomous Play In The Ocean Fix

This tuning mod prevents sims from autonomously attempting to play in the ocean outside of beach and resort lots. By default, a sim wandering around a world can spontaneously decide to go play in the ocean. However, most of the time the game fails to find a suitable location for this interaction, leaving the sim stuck in routing failures, unable to find anything more interesting to do. Since it is easier for the game to find shallow water (or at least other activities) at designated beaches and resorts, the mod stops sims from wanting to play in the ocean elsewhere.

Additionally, the mod prevents sims from autonomously playing in the ocean during winter.

This mod edits the following ITUN resource and will conflict with any mod that edits the same resource:

For those who prefer making tuning changes through NRaas Retuner:
1. Ensure the "Show Object Menu" option is set to True.
2. Click on your active sim and navigate to: NRaas > Retuner > General > Play In The Ocean > Advertised Outputs > (set both "Fun" and "TraitChildish" to 0).
