In general, our Center offers everything you need to build a successful career in science or medicine (our barrier system allows you to stay alone in the lab or office and immerse yourself in work without others distracting you)), successful treatment or building skills with our equipment. Here you can get skills of logic, science, gardening (we grow wonderful herbs, which were donated to us by our partners from Sims University!), mechanics, bot building and inventing. For the younger ones we have a children's room where they can also build their skills and expand their possibilities.

This lot was created to replace science lab and hospital rabbit holes.
These two doors are mods that replace standard rabbit holes. To make this work you need the HOSPITAL AND SCIENCE CENTER RABBIT HOLE MODS from Raven Shadow: https://modthesims.info/d/435107/ra...rch-8-2011.html. The needed folder is Jynx_BaseGameRabbitHole_R & C2.zip. (If you do not install these mods, then nothing bad will happen, the game will simply replace these objects).

Some STORE items were used. In particular, from sets: Skylight Studio for the Performing Arts, Tiny Prodigies Early Learning Center, The Titanic Toy Machine (which is a part of venue The Golden Ticket Toy Shop), Lullabies and Nursery Rhymes (premium items were used), Barrier To Entry System (from Le Cinema Plumbob venue), Ultra Lounge (Bedroom - one painting, Dining - Grove Cone Ceiling Lamp, Living - one flower); premium item Solace Snugabunny Delux Baby Swing and Forever Living Plant from the set Mid-Century Fantasy were used.

(Can I give you some advice? There is a mod that allows your sims, instead of spending their working time in rabbit holes, to stay on the lot and increase their productivity by doing work-related interactions: https://modthesims.info/d/517911/ul...ersion-4-3.html. Actually, this lot was built for this mod and can be safely used to play with it. + I suggest you look at this mod: https://modthesims.info/d/614360/cl...ty-changes.html. By default, a rabbit hole would replace any blue lot type marker with only a rabbit hole red tag, and this mod makes blue lot type markers visible alongside the red rabbit hole tags)
