Hi and konichiwa mina-san, thanks for taking an interest on my new Japanese residential build. I wanted to create a beautiful Japanese retreat in Yukimatsu, Mt. Komorebi. It took a lot of thinking because I wanted to put a Japanese style pagoda, it took me some research to create it and I did some play testing too, to make sure it is fully functional, your sims will climb to the top using ladders. This build took some time to finish.





Because I want to plan the layout as much as possible because there's a lot of things I want to add like the huge landscaping in the middle of the mansion, an onsen spring, a gym, library, a cauldron, a séance table and spa in the basement. This retreat mansion has 4 queen bedrooms and 13 bathroom (yeah you need that many bathrooms for sims to go to the toilet lol)

I also recommend to get MCCC and change the game time to 35 or 50 (depending on your playstyle) the standard is 25, because sims will take an average of 30 minutes game time to move because, it's a really big house. Also, use Lotharihoe's mods like faster walking.





*UPDATE*
Added a fire alarm in the kitchen, and I added a Fire Prevention System Utility Panel in the irori hearth room at the basement because the irori can cause the couches to catch fire.
