This home now has a modern look with a bit more space than before.
A garage has been added to the house.
The floor plans have changed. The top floor now has 2 bedrooms and the bathroom is placed in a sensible space. The balcony is big enough to be usable. The bottom floor has an open plan and the porch is usable too.
The lot was shrunk with the Lot Adjustor - it was a bit too big for the size of the house. It still has a nice backyard that can be used for a dog house or a vegetable garden, but for now just trees.
Lightly furnished, all essential and some non-essential objects,
No cc needed.
I am quite happy with how this one turned out and I hope some of you will enjoy using it in your game.
