Federal Fortress - A lot bin makeover

This is a makeover of the Federal Fortress, found in the lot bin.

This makeover is for my personal use and as such, to my personal liking.

I kept the two fireplaces because I like the 2 chimneys.

A garage is now attached, which means that the brick wall (which I kind of liked) had to go, not working so well with the CFC wall.

An extra room is attached to the back of the garage with its own entrance - for a study, an extra bedroom or a hobby space. This room is not furnished.

The house now has 2 proper balconies which can be used; as well as a side porch. This porch leads to the swimming pool, which has a fence around it for privacy.

One grand staircase replaces the four sets of stairs in the before house.

The first floor still has a kitchen in the same place, as well as a dining room on one side and a living room on the other.

There are 4 bedrooms on the 2nd floor; a 5th room can be used as a bedroom as well or for another purpose. There are 3 bathrooms on the 2nd floor and one on the 1st floor - because they will be needed for a house this big and the space was there to use anyway.

The house is lightly furnished with most of the necessary objects and some unnecessary objects as well
