I made this one recently as it was frustrating how long it took your employees to be very satisfied. Retail, Vet, Restaurant

Patch 1.93

13/02/22 Handy addon, click here: Employee Praise Check On Cooldown
12/02/22 Changed settings and added very easy setting.
06/02/22 file clean up
09/08/21 Added a half settings package for more of a challenge but still easier than the default settings

What does this mod do?

Your employees will be very satisfied quicker
(please note if you promote your staff this will also increase their satisfaction).

What each file setting is:
EmployeeSatisfactionVeryEasy
Praise them, then check on them and they will be very satisfied

SatisfactionIncrease_Small =50 (Default 5) Retail = 100 (Default 10)
SatisfactionIncrease_Large = 260 (Default 26) Retail = 250 (Default 25)
SatisfactionDecrease_Small = 0 (Default -10) Retail = -1 (Default -10)
SatisfactionDecrease_Large = -4 (Default -40) retail = -5 (Default -50)

EmployeeSatisfactionEasy
Praise them x2, then check on them x2, they will be very satisfied

SatisfactionIncrease_Small =25 (Default 5) Retail = 50 (Default 10)
SatisfactionIncrease_Large = 130 (Default 26) Retail = 125 (Default 25)
SatisfactionDecrease_Small = -5 (Default -10) Retail = -5 (Default -10)
SatisfactionDecrease_Large = -20 (Default -40) retail = -25 (Default -50)

EmployeeSatisfaction
Praise them x3, then check on them x3, they will be very satisfied

SatisfactionIncrease_Small =15 (Default 5) Retail = 30 (Default 10)
SatisfactionIncrease_Large = 52(Default 26) Retail = 50 (Default 25)
SatisfactionDecrease_Small = -5 (Default -10) Retail = -5 (Default -10)
SatisfactionDecrease_Large = -20 (Default -40) retail = -25 (Default -50)

I doubt this will change in any future Sims patches, if it does I will post an update

Troubleshooting
Always check if your mods are conflicting with another mod
I use this program though its outdated it still picks up any conflicts

If you have an error please PM me
Please try the following always:
New saved game with no mods but this one and see if the issue is still happening because it could always be a conflict with another mod
