This allows you to hire any restaurant, Retail and veterinary staff without worrying about Levels!
Everyone is at the highest level

Maxed Skills will make sure all your staff that you hire for restaurant, vet or retail are at their highest skills so no need for training

Please note: I noticed at the vet still showing training required, the staff are a maxed skills as I have tested if they level up and they don't level up. Also if you remove the mod and you have employed Teens then you will need to reemploy some new replacements

  • MaxSkilledStaffSeparated.zip This file has all three business separated into three packages. All at maxed skills. So if you want only use one or more depending which expansion you have.

Troubleshooting
Always check if your mods are conflicting with another mod
I use this program though its outdated it still picks up any conflicts

New saved game with no mods but this one and see if the issue is still happening because it could always be a conflict with another mod
