This is the perfect home for a family that wants a huge farming area that enjoys a simple life on the country side of Henford-on-Bagley.

This Sims 4 build requires the base game + cottage living pack only. And doesn't require any CC to download.

This lot can be placed on any 50x40 Lot. This was build on the empty lot of 2 Olde Mill Lane
at the Henford-onBagley Map.

There's a ton of features included in this build even though i only used the base game and cottage living pack.

First Floor:

- 1 Kitchen ; 1 Bathroom ; 2 Lounge Area ; 1 Living Room ; Dining Area ; 1 Office space

2nd Floor:

- 2 Children's Bedroom ; 1 Main Bedroom ; 1 Nursery ; 1 Bathroom ; Balcony Area

Exterior:

- 1 Chicken Coop ; 1 Animal Pen for Cow or Llama ; 1 Greenhouse ; Gardening/Farming Area ; Fishing Pond
