When I was playing "The Sims 1" as a child I alwayed played with "Makin' Magic" DLC. I remember that I rushed to earn 1000 magimons to buy this house, so my sim could live there. This house is still my favourite lot from all of "The Sims 1". I thought to myself that since I built so many things already, I could try to recreate and renovate my favourite house. This is what I ended up with. I recreated it, found some inspiration on the internet and renovated it, made it more fancy and stuff. I added attic, so there would be more space. I also made places for spellbook and cauldron from "Apartament Life" DLC, because I always played as a magician in "The Sims 1", so I thought that would be fun to make a place for those items on the attic. In the garden I added little crypth, that you could buy as a decoration in "The Sims 1: Makin' Magic". There wasn't this on the original lot, but I thought it would make a fun detail.

Mods I recommend to use with this lot:
(They are not needed, but that might help with proper working of things on this lot or with gameplay.)

- Shiftable Everything (I used this mod a lot to make this lot detailed. Having it in your 'Downloads' folder might help with proper work of furniture on this lot.)

- Perfect Plants (Some of the plants in garden are set on cheats and your sims may have problems to get to them to take care of those plants.)

- Watch TV from all chairs (Sometimes I set TVs in places that sims can't really wath them from chairs or sofas. This mod will help them to sit and watch the TVs.)

- No Fire from Fireplaces (Sometimes I put fireplaces on cheats and near the furniture so be careful with lightning them up or simply download this mod.)

- Use Inaccessible Bed (It helps sims to reach beds if they need to.)

I used cheats to build it and I tested it so everything should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
