Why did I change so much?
I like stuff in my game without custom content. The building that Red Sonja made is so atmospheric and I loved it at first sight. But it has so much custom content and I wanted to make it without it for my gameplay.
I asked the original creator for permission to uploead this building, but it has been 6 years now, when the author was seen on this site. I decided to upload it anyway and leave the link to the original.

Lot description:
Magnificent architecture decorates the building of this secret society. Four founders of this society decided to create an association for high-class sims, but that doesn't mean that only they are welcome here! The association's building is old and filled with expensive equipment and a unique atmosphere. However, the entire building has its secrets, left here by the deceased founders. Can you discover them all?

I started doodling around with this lot. The major plan was to put the in-game objects instead of custom content ones. But I wouldn't be myself if I hadn't make something from my own ideas here and there.
So I added a secret basement, came up with a story of four founders and their secrets. Their crests are in the entrance hall and on the top of their tombstones.
This is a secret society so I wanted to add a career and aspiration rewards in it and I thought that I can't just put them anywhere. They have to get a special place, that's why the story of founders was created with a hidden basement with a tomb and laboratory.
I also changed the attic. There are some rooms now for the members if they want to stay for a night. I added a spa center and a smaller gym. Unfortunately I'm not the biggest fan of this small gym but I recently discovered that I can't pull up a nice gym! (*A thing to learn for the future!)
I wanted to add an art class with easels somewhere but then I thought that this was supposed to be a secret society at University, not a class. Members don't come here to learn but to chill and make secret plans (*Or make out XD).
In the end I again want to say a big thank you for Red Sonja for making this lot! What I came up with are my ideas and without custom content. It looks nice, but the original author made a greatest job with this lot.

This is a secret society lot! If you download and install it you'll find it in lots in a University neighbourhood of choice.
1. REMEMBER! that this lot will wanish from sight after you place it in University neighbourhood but it'll be still there!
2. REMEMBER! that in a University neighbourhood must be only ONE secret society lot. If you want to place it in Electronic Arts University neighbourhood you have to delete the original one! I recommend SimPe to make it visible in the neighbourhood view and delete it, then set the one from me.

I also added a community lot version into the files so you can place it in any neighbourhood you want.

I used cheats to build it, I tested it so it should work fine.

I didn't use any custom content to build this.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
