I always liked these townhomes and how they resembled the homes in San Francisco. They were small to play with, but super cute.
I think that EA did a good job creating this lot, because it's one of the few that is really nicely done by them. I only needed a few minor structural and decorative corrections from my side.
I decided to renovate them mainly for private gameplay, but they turned out nice, so I thought I'd share the project here.

As I already mentioned, I needed the houses for private gameplay, so only one apartment is fully furnished, and the rest are standard from Electronic Arts, which as I said, I think they are made pretty well. The rest of the apartments can be furnished in your own way, because the possibilities are endless. You can create a modern apartment there, a country-style apartment, a space-style apartment... Literally any style!

IMPORTANT!
If you want to keep the furniture that is placed in the apartments, after entering the lot with a sim, enter the code: boolprop testingCheatsEnabled true and rent the apartment by holding SHIFT on the door, where now will be option to rent the apartment fully furnished!
Remember to then reverse the cheat by entering boolprop testingCheatsEnabled false.

I used cheats to build it, I tested it, so it should work fine.

I built this in "The Sims 2: Ultimate Collection", so I don't know how it will work with other versions of the game.
