Maitland House - Beetlejuice - attic
Lot challenge: Spooky
Based loosely on the movie Beetlejuice. For the movie, the exterior of the house was built for filming and then demolished. The inside of the house was built on film lots, so the outside never matched the inside. This is my take on the home after it gets returned to the Maitland home at the end of the movie. I had to take some liberties as the Sims need bathrooms for example.
Includes attic room with the Handbook for the Recently Deceased.
No CC used.
Cheats used: moveOjects and showHiddenObjects.
Value: $169,979
Installation: After unzipping your download, place all the files in the Tray folder, found at C:/...Documents\Electronic Arts\The Sims 4\Tray
They can't be placed in a subfolder. Go to Options | Other | Enable Custom Content and Mods and check that the "enable custom content and mods" and/or "script mods allowed" is ticked. Reboot game and find the new SIM in your Gallery.
