Okay, so not exclusively pirate themed. These mesh bits came from the BV pirate ship. The stairs are a standard staircase, not modular. Routing shouldn't be an issue if you use the Stair mod by simler90.
Stairs have side railings, both can be removed. The fence comes in a short and tall version, the short version aligns with the top rail of the staircase. Stairs are in build/stairs for §500 and the fences are in build/fence for §5. Stairs are recolorable, and need at least one EP.
