Eagle Ridge is a reasonably priced home designed for beach and cliff lots. It has walls of windows on the rear of the home that is just perfect for any scenic overlook. The design is based off an octagonal home with two rectangular wings on each side for bedrooms. Each wing has identical bed/baths since I had two adults in mind when building. One wing can easily be turned into a kids room.

Decorating was done with a woodsy/foresty/calming theme. Or at least a theme I would consider calming. The home has a fire alarm and burglar alarm, but since I don't find phones calming I didn't include one. Oddly enough, I also didn't include any space for a desk/computer. Since I also don't find them calming! There is a bookcase and space outside for gardening and an easel.

The outside has lower growing shrubs and flowers so as not to interfere with the scenic view provided by all the windows.

motheranne - an octagonal home was posted in CFF and I thought the idea was really cool. So I thought I would give it a try for TS3. I ended up finding a different house plan to use as my basis though since I wanted a single level.
