Project 'Runner' (Lot without CC)

I was faced with a difficult choice - whether I should delete the game or continue to hope for the best times. In the end i built new lot for your sims ¯\_( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)_/¯

It supposed to be a small ruined *something*, but soundtracks from 'Blade Runner' inspired me for this - abandoned project of intergalactic plane. Once it was the secret base hidden in the rocks, but desert winds, rains and time exposed the remnants of the project.

SOME TIPS ABOUT BUILDING ON THE LOT:
Lot might seems very complex on the screenshots. But it contains only 3 buildings: hangar supports with the remains of the roof, technical tower with 2 tanks and 'Runner' plane itself.
Also you can see the doors which lead to the underground area - it's fake. On the flooring screenshots it's clearly seen that there is only small room. One piece of wall there is missing. I did it on purpose because otherwise, if you add this wall and make the room, roofs that forming the tail of the plane will disappear. But you still can add basement under this room - tail gonna be ok.
'Runner' is completely decorative. Although, i wanted to make a livable lot. For this purposes you can use tower or build a basement.

Two objects - fallen hangar doors and panel on the left side from the plane i placed with TOOL Mod so they are lay somehow "behind" lot. Keep this in mind if you are going to place the building in another town and not on this lot in StrangerVille. I like to combine areas with the external environment, avoiding clear boundaries. But of course you can simply remove these objects (they still part of the lot and can be taken) if it doesn't matter for you or if it ruins town decorations.
Unlike some of my previous machinery buildings, in this plane i haven't used walls. Feel free to change buildings and area around 'Runner' and change height of the walls. Still, remember, that any walls near roofs will cause their disappearing. Same thing happens if you try to build something like hangar and put roof/floor over the plane.
Some stuff from the Debug mod (like cables all around the lot) hard to delete because it don't wanna be grabbed. In this case place any object next to problematic one, hold down the mouse button and delete them together. Usually it works.
