BG Weddings on Wedding Venue Lots

So you know how EAxis 'kinda forgot' about allowing base game wedding events to be thrown on the new wedding venues?
This fixes that. It was a one-liner. You can now have wedding events at wedding venues. Hooray!
Compatibility Note: This fix overwrites the situation_wedding.xml, and may not be compatible with other mods that edit the base game wedding event.
