Ramirez's Fine Furniture, Bluewater Village - Maxis MakeOver. Min CC.

I always felt that the Ramirez's needed a bit nicer furniture store. I sent Malcolm there once to buy a fancy grill - and they didn't have a single one! Melody went there in search of some baby furniture - again, nothing... So, I have rebuilt their store.

Plumbing and lighting are included. But no parking.
Amongst the furniture display rooms - there are a few usable "fun" items: a photobooth, computer, dartboard, chess table, juice bar, books and toys. Plus a full "test" kitchen, and several grills in case your sim gets hungry. The community phone booth is by the entrance door. Checo has been known to 'try out' the hot tubs with the customers along the back side of the lot. Please remember to have your business owner set objects on sale!

This is a clean copy of this business; no sim has ever been here. The package has been cleaned with Mootilda's Clean Installer. The original lot that I used came from Jawusa's Empty Templates.

TIP: If you want to replace the original lot with this one (and have the Ramirez family own the business...)
- From the Ramirez household, sell their business back to the Community. (I skipped this step, and was fine - but you really should do it first!)
- Delete/demolish the original lot from the Neighborhood screen.
- Replace with this one.
- Go into the lot in build mode - to check everything out (make any personal choice changes, fix SweetDownLow pictures, etc, if needed.)
- Save. Go back out to the neighborhood screen.
- Open the Ramirez family.
- Cheat them enough money to buy the store (new store costs $198,722.)
- Have him (or her!) call and buy the business.
- Have them visit the lot - and start running the business. Good Luck!
There are other ways to accomplish this - the above is what I did, in my newly generated Bluewater Village. And it worked!

Possibly used but NOT included - so, you may need to GO get it:
- I use the Lifestyle Build Bundle wallpapers/floors ALL the time. (If you followed that link, it's the second link in the top post - extracted from Lifestyle Stories by Argon @ MATY) This 'bundle' lives back in my Bins folder so it doesn't have the CC star. If you ever enter one of my builds and find it has blank/unpapered walls/floors, it is because I used ones from this bundle and forgot to mention it. So, either substitute the wall/floor of your choice, or go get this bundle and re-install the lot (from your lot bin.)

- I use Deastrumquodvicis' Roof Shader for brighter roofs
- And, HW/Honeywell's A Little Greyer: Roof Trim Defaults
- Maranatah's White Wall Top texture replacement
- Moo's Turn On/Off Lights
- Menaceman's Lunatech Lighting Fix
- BeosBoxBoy's no-red-pause-mod
- Nopke's Go Under Spiral Stairs mod for proper spiral stair usage
- Gunmod's Radience Lighting System, which is installed with the Scriptorium (which is necessary for installing CC stairs.)
- HugeLunatic's Sweet Down Low Tweaked + for the ability to shift things up/down on a wall without darkening the item!
- And, I highly recommend using gummilutt's Invisible Medicine Cabinet to add features to any mirror.
- And, of course, everyone needs Numenor's CEP and SEP!

NOTE: Sweet Down Low Tweaked + sometimes causes pictures, curtains, shelves, and ceiling lights to 'jump' out of place when you first install a lot. You can click the item to put it back in place. The 'jumping' is a side-effect of the mod. It won't affect your game at all (other than the inconvenience of things being initially out of place *sigh*)
