Subtle Frost skin OVERLAY default replacement

IMO the original frost skin overlay makes sims look a little too grayish pale as to be mistaken for vampires in the relationship panel and espcially looks awful on sims that have a custom skintone darker than S4, they kinda look like gargoyles.
So this is a bit less saturated overlay so sims don't look so extremely pale and grayish when frozen.
