The piles of presents that came with the Holiday Celebration Pack are purely decorative. The item description goes into humurous detail about how pointless fake presents are. No longer!

For a bit more gift box variety, I have added the functionality from the Seasons present piles to these ones. Your sims can now add and take presents from here (though they won't change with how many you add to them, they will always look the same).

I chose to make an override for this as I also found it a little pointless to have decorative gifts lying around

I didn't add any extra swatches

Catalogue details:
They can still be found in Activities > Recreation (I didn't change this)
The price is still $148 and $250 (I didn't change this)

I did delete the item descriptions as they actually no longer make sense
